Awombness: A New Year has begun

Not to worry I’ll spare you all the platitudes of the season. Let’s keep it simple, shall we? I greet you hello. Joy for the new day and the promise of tomorrow. I’m out in the African bush. But it’s back to business tomorrow.

Spudcaster has all kinds of exciting things planned for the coming months. Being out in the wild, has really given me an opportunity to reconnect with nature. With my Maker. And I feel energised and revitalised. Ready to take on the next challenge.

Remember the post, Intention Seeker? Well, my intention is to write every day. I have been falling behind on my writing. All my ideas swimming around in my noggin’. A fertile ground for stinking thinking and procrastination.

So every day. Like clockwork. That’s kind of my motto. Just do things. Get things done. Like clockwork. I’m learning to make my bipolar diagnosis work for me, by exploiting the positives. I also keep my mind active and healthy by reading and doing puzzles.

Again, I need to intend to seek. Or seek to intend.
