Awombness: Breaking Bad Habits

They say it takes four weeks to break a habit. Not writing consistently is a habit I need to break. This is my moment. Moments are not imprisoned by the temporal. I love writing. The flow of the words. The sound of the keys.

A sweet melody. Sometimes I’ll stare at a paragraph and the start of a new one, and think, well, that’s synergetic! Or writing could be like one’s morning constitutional, where you hurry up and wait until everything comes out.

Well, you catch my drift? Writing should never be rushed. Every paragraph, each perfect sentence, savoured. Writing is a freeing of the mind. If you can’t write, you probably can’t mind. Alls I know is, I love writing. It soothes the soul.
