Steves and Sons announces the construction of a state-of-the-art molded door panel facility in Georgia

SAN ANTONIO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Georgia Governor Brian P. Kemp announced today that Steves & Sons, Inc. has made a significant multi-million dollar investment in a new, state-of-the-art door panel molding facility near Athens in Jackson County will create 170 jobs over the next three years.

Steve’s & Son’s new 310,000 square foot facility will produce millions of molded door panels annually for interior doors used in new home construction, repairs and remodeling. This new facility will greatly enhance Steves & Sons’ ability to more efficiently serve customers nationwide with a quality product.

Steves & Sons currently operates multiple door manufacturing facilities in Texas, Tennessee and Virginia, as well as a value-added facility in Ashburn, Georgia, which opened in late 2021. The company will open a new doors manufacturing facility in Brigham City, Utah in Q1 2023.
