Milan, IN – Milan’s Ryan Langferman was named Principal of the Year for 2022 at the Indiana Association of School Principals (IASP) banquet Sunday night in Indianapolis.
He was selected from the 12 district winners, all of whom were honored at the banquet.
Langferman is in his 10th year as principal at Milan High School.
During his tenure, Langferman implemented programs that increased graduation rates and encouraged students to graduate with a plan for a prosperous future.
